THE TRUTH ABOUT TITHING: TIPS OR TITHE GENESIS 4:1-7 Why did God reject Cain’s offering and accept Abel’s? It was a matter of the heart! Cain tipped God; Abel obeyed God. He needed something supernatural. Note: The four didn’t try to ‘fix’ their friend but took him to Jesus, someone who could ‘fix’ him. Strength through Power Acts 1:8 Matthew 28:18-19 It is an amazing thing that God would choose to trust a group of quitters to take the message of salvation to the world. The disciples had all quit. They were discouraged, depressed, and defeated. Yet 40 days with Jesus and they had a change of attitude and perspective. That is what we all need, dose of Jesus.
