Matt and I meet to do the podcast IN PERSON so that he can borrow my PS5 while I am on vacation. Video game delays have hit us hard again, so I won't be playing the next gen version of The Witcher 3 for a bit longer. Thankfully there is a new Pokémon form for me to get excited about. Matt continued to play the games he has been playing and I suffered through The Good Life and started playing Lost Judgment. The podcast returns with another action packed week. Did you hear that Animal Crossing is getting updated? Well, it doesn't matter because you'll get to hear me talk about it! Twitch was hacked, GTA Trilogy finally got announced, and Garfield was found in the data of Nick All-Star Brawl. It was an action packed week. To go along with action packed news we played a ton of fun games! Matt had a whole smorgasbord while I just lived the dumb fun life in Hotwheels and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. To finish it off we have a bracket to find out the best Metroidvania title of all time. Can you guess what we made win!? Since last week was filled with news not a whole lot happened this week that normal people would care about. Too bad for all of you, I am not normal! I get beyond excited for the surprise announcement of Delta Rune Chapter 2 and a brand new season of Battle for the Grid DLC. Hello everyone! We are two days late with this, because I was volunteering for a local show all week. Sadly I didn't have any time to play the several new games I have piling up on my desk, but thankfully Matt played a whole shitload. We talk about the news, which was mostly dominated by Sony, transition to what Matt played and then finish off strong with even more Sony by doing a Sony related bracket. We begin by chatting about how sick Goldlewis is going to be as the first DLC character for Guilty Gear Strive. The Playdate got a release date and Activison Blizzard continues to suck. I loved all the news this week. Valve made a handheld, and there is going to be a god damn Nickolodeon smash clone with rollback netcode! A bunch of news happened this week that I really didn't care about at all. I guess the main one is that Nintendo announced the OLED Switch and everyone except me got super pissed about it. We come in hot on a Wednesday, because I'm busy the rest of the week. The news is light since it's the week after E3 (and it's Wednesday) but we still manage to make fun of Avengers a little bit. Matt continues his old game odyssey and I go absolutely HAM and discuss Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Chicory, Backbone, Ender Lilies, and 900 demos. To finish it off we do a Square-Enix bracket and the result is surprising to no one. NOTE: It's Wednesday and I'm hungry. No timestamps this week!
