Dogman Encounters Radio

Tonight's guest, Drew, describes himself as being an avid outdoorsman who liked being in the woods as much as possible.  Because of how much time he had spent in the woods, he thought he knew about all of the creatures he might run into out there. Late one night, he found out the hard way that there WAS a kind of creature in the woods he didn't even know existed.  And it was a terrifying one, at that! A kind of creature that's, as Drew puts it, built to kill!   

Tonight's guest, Wendy, went on a trip, with her family, to a cabin in Michigan her family owned. She and her two brothers had been to the cabin and played in the woods that surrounded that cabin several times before. What none of them knew was, this trip to the cabin would be different than any before!  

Tonight's guest, Buster, used to spend a lot of time in the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Because he had spent so much time in the woods, he thought he knew about all of the creatures that called the woods home. Late one night, he found out how wrong he was about that when he encountered something he was convinced came straight from Hell. We hope you'll tune in and listen to Buster recount what happened to him the night he had an encounter with a creature that was over 10 feet tall!  

Tonight’s guest, Clara Dutcher, is the mother of last week’s guest, Jerrid. Like Jerrid, Clara has had her fair share of Dogman encounters, over the years. Clara lives in Upstate, New York. Where she lives, the woods roll on for miles and miles. Clara says that those woods have a healthy population of animals like deer, coyotes, bears, and the list goes on. Unfortunately, Dogmen are on that long list of creatures that call the woods their home. Clara and Jerrid aren’t the only residents there who know about the terrifying inhabitants of those woods. More than one person has warned her, “There are things living in those woods that people have no clue exist.” When you get a warning like that, from more than one person, about the woods you live in, you know you’re living in Dogman Country!  

Tonight’s guest, Jerrid, had his first Dogman encounter when he was 5 years old. What’s worse than having a Dogman encounter when you’re 5? That’s an easy question to answer. Being just 5 years old and watching a Dogman try to force its way into your living room, as you’re laying on the couch, feet away from it! Mike Lascelles is a hard rock miner who had an experience just outside of Marathon, Ontario, Canada that changed the way he's looked at the woods ever since.  He used to think he could afford to be fairly carefree in the woods. After having the experience he had, when he was in his teens, the woods will never be the same for him.

Tonight’s guest, Dion Orellana Vargas, grew up in Guatemala.  His family’s house was about 6 miles from the jungle.  Unfortunately, though, that didn’t prevent him from having an encounter with a cryptid locals call, “The Cadejo!”  The appellation "Cadejo" is what locals, in Guatemala call Dogmen there.  If you’re one of those listeners who thinks you don’t have to worry about encountering Dogmen as long as you’re not in the United States, tonight’s show is proof that you can find them almost anywhere.

Tonight's guest, Shawn Enfinger, is a Dogman researcher from Florida who also works in archaeology and anthropology. Because of the work he does, in anthropology and archaeology, he travels all over the world. Because of that, he's had the ability to speak with people from several cultures about their beliefs in upright canid creatures that seem to be living in their areas.  On tonight's show, Shawn's going to talk about some of those strange, upright canids as well as a couple of strange experiences he's had while in the field with them. Until he had that experience, he thought he knew about everything that lived in the woods that surrounded the area where he lived. He found out the hard way, though, that wasn't the case. Since Dave did that show, he's had other strange experiences in the woods. One of his experiences might have involved a Dogman. One of them definitely did! Tonight’s first guest, Mike, used to walk to the school bus stop, with his younger brother, when he was a kid. One morning, that walk proved to be much more eventful than it had ever been for him, before. Now that he knows what’s lurking in them, the woods will never be the same for him, ever again. Tonight’s second guest, Ahkee Moore, grew up listening to his mom talk about an encounter she had, before he was born, with a nightmarish creature that looked like a Werewolf. Little did Ahkee know, years later, he’d have a run-in with something that would shake him to his core too!

Before one cold night, in 2013, tonight’s guest, Susan, would never have believed creatures like Dogmen or Sasquatch existed. Her beliefs were forever changed that night, though, when she encountered a creature she refers to as “that thing!” It’s a night she’ll never forget!

Tonight's guest, Chas, grew up on a farm, in rural Illinois and had an encounter there when he was only 8 years old.  That happened over 50 years ago.  Even though it's been such a long time, he can still remember the experience vividly. Even though, as a kid, Chas was into movie monsters and things that went bump in the night, he got more than he bargained for when something he never expected to see stepped out of the shadows and into reality, late one night! 

Most of you will remember tonight's guest, Casey Brannen, from Episode 140, 2 weeks ago.  Casey has come back, to talk about another experience he and his family had.  His experience is proof that sometimes, lightning does strike twice.

When tonight's guest, Mary, was in her teens, she had a Dogman encounter in a place where you'd never expect to run into a Dogman.  The encounter changed the way she looked at the world.  She says that encounter turned her into a different person, overnight. Tonight's guest, Casey, used to go camping all the time, with his family. Not long ago, though, an experience he and his family had changed the way he looks at the woods. Imagine what it would be like to be under siege in your own home.  Well, tonight's guest, Robin, experienced that, when Dogmen focused their attention on her rural Montana home.  What made matters even worse was their seeming obsession with her 7-year-old daughter.  She describes it as being worse than a Nightmare!
