Dogman Encounters Radio

As a lot of people in the crypto field know, Tim "Coonbo" Baker has had no lack of experiences with creatures that go bump in the night.  Boogers (he calls Sasquatch "Boogers") have been at the heart of most of those experiences. In Episode 36, Coonbo is going to come on and talk with me, about a cryptid that scares him a lot more than Boogers do. We're going to talk about Dogmen! You might have heard Coonbo do other shows, talking about various Booger-related topics, but he'll be talking about things in this show you haven't heard him discuss before. In this week's show, Mike and I will talk about all of the strange activity that's going on around his home. If you want to hear the rest of the story, tune in and hang on! When Michael Lawrence was 15 years old, he went camping, with a friend, in the Anza Borrego Desert, in California.  Under a crystal clear sky, on the first night, with a bright, full moon overhead, Mike and his friend were in their tent. Mike's friend was sound asleep. Mike was still awake. So was the nightmare Mike could hear approaching the tent. This encounter HAS to be one of the most unnerving and disturbing Dogman encounters I know of! And I've heard some pretty intense ones too, as you could imagine.  You don't want to miss this show!

Dr. William Lester is the President and Founder of the American Institute of Metaphysics. He's also an educator, author, and broadcaster. When Mike was 11, he went to a local swimming hole, about a mile outside of his hometown, Gerty, Oklahoma, to beat the heat, with 4 friends. It was a typical July day; that is, until a Dogman showed up and ruined the good time Mike and his friends were having. Tune in to hear Mike talk about what happened that day. John Blatt is Sasquatch Researcher, from Snohomish, Washington. One day, last year, John went on an excursion into the backwoods, at a State Park, in Washington State. When John dropped his backpack, to take a break, he thought he was all alone. It wouldn't be long before John found out that he wasn't alone. He had company. Salina, lives in an area of the country I consider to be Dogman Central (Middle Tennessee). This area (includes Kentucky and Tennessee) seems to be the most active area for Dogman activity right now. It's been that way for some time too.  In this show, Salina talks about Dogman encounters her two sons had, as well as multiple other encounters. She even talks about a large, uninvited guest, with black fur, that came into her house, late one night, while she was in bed. If you love listening to eyewitnesses talk about their Dogman encounters, this is definitely a show you don't want to miss!

When Corrine's grandfather was growing up, in Sicily, he had an encounter with something Corrine's parents said was a Werewolf.  When Corrine was young, she used to ask her grandfather about his encounter with that Werewolf, but he never would tell her any of the details. He used to get angry whenever someone would ask him about his encounter. In this show, Corrine will talk about her grandfather and how his encounter affected him. She also has other interesting strange occurrences she'll be talking about, that also might involve Dogmen. We hope you'll tune in for this show!

In the summer of 2010, Rebekah L. Purdy went on a camping trip, with her family, to the Garden Peninsula, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Rebekah describes the forest she and her family chose for a camping spot as looking like something straight out of a fairy tale. This forest has twisted trees growing out of cracks in the rock there, which gives the place a very eerie look. That night, after they had all been in their sleeping bags, inside their large tent, for some time, a Dogman decided that their fun for the night wasn't over yet.  Tune in to this show if you want to find out what happened to Rebekah and her family that night. Be warned though, camping will never be the same for you if you do listen to this show!

Michael F. Smith and one of his Bigfoot Research partners, Terry, are the guests for this show.   You'll remember Michael F. Smith from Episode 1, because he and his long-time Bigfoot Research partner, Kris Huckins came on to talk about the Dogman encounter they had in Missouri.  Unfortunately, after doing that first show, they had 2 more Dogman encounters.  Terry was there to witness both of them.  Michael and Terry are here to talk about those encounters.   We hope you'll tune in to hear what happened!

My guest for this show has chosen to remain anonymous.  That's why I'm going to refer to him as "John" during the show.  John Doe's wife had a Dogman encounter in 2005 that was the first of several frightening and strange encounters they had.  At the time of their encounters, John and his wife were living with her parents.  The house they were living in is right in the middle of one of the most active areas, with regards to Dogmen I know of.   Tune in to this show to hear John talk about the multiple encounters he and his wife had while living there.  

Larry Parker is a Vietnam Vet who spent 6 years in the Navy. 2 of those years, he spent in a Marine Recon Unit.  Fast forward to modern day. Larry lives in Northern Michigan. One day, while deer hunting with his friend, Dave, he had a terrifying encounter with a Dogman. What happened that day defies belief!

Connie Gwinnup is well known in the Bigfoot community for all of the Bigfoot activity she's had on her property. As if that wasn't enough, in the early 2000's, Dogmen started showing up on her property. Some of the encounters she's had with Dogmen terrified her. Others were flat out strange! Kevin Malek is a Paranormal Historian & Founder of the Northern Wisconsin Paranormal Society. He is also a contributing writer for Supernatural Magazine & Wisconsin Guardian for 4 Real Encounters International. Kevin has been studying all types of paranormal phenomena for over 20 years, including Dogman/Werewolf reports, which are very prominent in Wisconsin.  Kevin has had a possible Dogman encounter of his own, actually. He saw what he describes as being something that looked like a huge wolf, that was the size of a pony, one night, around 3:30AM. Kevin and his fiancee run the Northwoods Paranormal Resource Center in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, where they help families & individuals w/their paranormal concerns as well as take reports for all types of unexplained phenomenon.  Kevin has a lot of good info to share, so I hope you'll tune in for this informative show!

Kirk Stokes and Pamela (from Ohio) have spent most of their lives in the wilderness. Both of them thought they knew almost everything there was to know about it. That is, until they had their first Dogman encounters.  Kirk and Pamela didn't know each other when their first encounters happened. They met each other because of them. Since his first Dogman encounter, Kirk has had several more and Pamela had another encounter, shortly after her first one. Due to time constraints, Episode 17 will be the first of a two-part show, with Kirk and Pamela. We had too much to cover, to fit it all in one show. This is the first show of a two part series.
