While we read through "21 Days to the Cross" we will deepen our understanding of the cross through scripture. At the same time, we want to build our intimacy with the Lord in our prayer time! We long to become more and more selfless, and more like Jesus. Scripture says "Do nothing from selfish ambition" (Phil 2:3) but this feels impossible to accomplish with all of the other responsibilities we have in life. When thinking and praying about a sermon to begin 2023 with, we were actually lead to a previous sermon given in 2019, it's from the vault! We believe the Lord has something to speak to each of us from this sermon on rest so lean in! Happy New Year church fam!
