Originally presented December 6, 2020.  Each of us is born to fulfill a calling and purpose in God.  We will not experience real fulfillment until and unless we begin to live out that calling and purpose.  For me - I was born for this.

Heb 12:11  No discipline seems enjoyable at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it yields the fruit of peace and righteousness to those who have been trained by it. 

Matt 10:28"Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul…” 

This presentation examines Mark chapter five.  The woman with a 12-year affliction is made whole and a 12-year-old girl is raised from death with our Lord's command: "Maiden Rise!"

Remembering July 18, 1987, when the words "give them something to eat" came with power from Luke 9:13.  That will be 35 years ago tomorrow.

This covenant with the Rainbow as the Sign was made with Noah and also with all of us.  Remember that when God looks at His Rainbow the solemn promise to never again destroy the earth by means of a flood is recalled.  The rainbow will never be given over to any other legitimate purpose.

Finally, after 833 days, we meet again in person at our long time place for assembly.  This presentation considers the things that are subject to change and also the constants that are eternally unchanging.

This presentation originated on March 8, 2015.  I think of this matter as an open doorway leading to the rich treasures of the kingdom of heaven.  The tongue is a small member that determines the direction our life will take.

The Parable Of The Talents from Matthew chapter 25 is viewed from a different perspective.  The accounting then is focused upon that which the Lord has given to his servants.  This changes things.

Unspeakable pain and suffering is routinely being inflicted upon innocents within our western societies.  The latest of which is the tragedy in Uvaldi, Texas.  The Old Landmarks have been systematically moved and it will require spiritual warfare to restore them.

This presentation compares and contrasts remembering the past with excessive looking back to it.  

This presentation remembers circumstances following Mother's Day in 2011.  Memory lane is well travelled here and stresses the importance of a life that is characterized by Turning our Eyes Upon Jesus. 

We remember our mothers today and celebrate their lives.  Proverbs 31 is our scriptural passage for encouragement and illumination.  Mothers are the soul of our families.
