I spoke with a recruiter from ICS Merrill about recruiting and where they are looking for qualified candidates.  I share some of the conversation and some of the changs in the industry. I disucss job expectations and even the stuff I struggle with. I share a couple of letters written to me over the past couple months that I thought were worth sharing.
