Dick Bennetts, the founder and boss of West Surrey Racing, first came to the UK from New Zealand in 1972 and has worked with Ron Dennis, Niki Lauda, Ayrton Senna, Mauricio Gugelmin, Mika Hakkinen and Rubens Barrichello.
