Sinopsis

The Motorcycle Men are brothers, really, they are brothers and they love riding and they are riders with a love of the ride. These three brothers have gotten together to share with you their exploits of the road, the roads, the people, the destinations and everything that goes along with it. These boys would like to take you along on the trip.... and there's a good chance there will be food involved. There is likely to be a high level of brotherly silliness and foul language at times and then again, you may catch a really good interview with an author, a traveler, a manufacturer or someone with a good story. The Motorcycle Men.... saying stupid crap so you don't have to.

    07/07/2015 Duración: 01h23min

Hello boys and girls, welcome to Motorcycle Men and Episode 13!!  Yay!!  Please try and contain yourself. So we were at the V-Twin Cafe here in sunny Cranford New Jersey in the corner booth.  After finishing my Black Bean burger the boys showed up and we began our podcast.  So we talked pipes and measured the decible level of each of our bikes.... interesting results!!  I did get new quieter pipes for my Heritage and we'll re-measure the level after they are installed.  Looking forward to that!So I gave a little lesson the one of my favorite toppics: Cycling.  Being an avid cyclist, I love the Tour de France. Love it, so, when July rolls around, don't look for me. I'm usually planted in front of the TV for 21 days.  But what many people do not know is the number of motorcycles that act as support vehicles for the tour.  A lot!!  Well, after that lesson, we did our motorcycle shootout between a Kawasaki, a Ducati and my beloved Harley Davidson V-Rod Muscle.  We also talked about the Saddlesore 1

  • Episode 11 - Post Americade Recovery Podcast

    13/06/2015 Duración: 02h02min

Hello and welcome to the long awaited Episode #11 of Motorcycle Men.  In this Episode, Tim talks Jerky, Chris has a rant and I sing the praises of the Harley Davidson V-Rod.Yes, we are back after a week off and a week at the Americade Motorcycle Rally in Lake George, NY.  We attended the 33rd running of this wonderful rally in a beautiful area of New York that opens its arms the motorcycle community.  And what a week it was.Naturally our expectations were much higher than our ability to meet them and we planned far more than we could ever hope to achieve without being cloned. Suffice to say we wore ourselves out and only managed a scant portion of the activities that are available to the normal Americader.  We cruised, we ate, we walked, we rode, we walked some more, we ate more and we spent a lot of money. So enjoy this long 2-hour episode and get your fill of the Americade experience and hopefully you too will be so taken by this episode that you too will find yourself at the rally next year.  Most certainly

    07/05/2015 Duración: 01h16min

Here it is boys and girls, Episode 7, bringing you the best in almost near high quality entertainment and infotainment your gentle ears can handle for one hour or more.  In this riveting Episode, the Motorcycle Men, minus one, took up residence in our new digs known as the "V-Twin Cafe" and got all set up in a corner booth with nice chrome Rock-O-La Jukebox at our table. This Episode was mostly a review of the Motorcycle Men group ride that took place on Sunday, May 3rd to High Point State Park in Sussex County. Rather than get into it too much, I'll let you take a listen and get all the information you could ever need on it.We talked bikes a little bit and continued our banter on seat heights.  I also went into a small but informative description of the Mad Max Highway, which is actually called the Garden State Parkway. Finally, we did cover the song of the week. The full Ride report is available now in text format for your reading pleasure, I will try and get an audio ride report up since it se

There was  quite a bit of engaging conversation and  banter on many topics from rides, accidents, bikes, gear and ultimately down to "Truth or DILLIGAF".  Lots of funny stuff you won't want to miss.  Please note, there were some foul words spoken on today's episode so you might want to keep the little ones out of the room when you are listening. • Episode 3 - We're down one motoman

    31/03/2015 Duración: 01h03min

Hello Boys and Girls, Episode 3 finds us without Brother Chris as his expertise is required at work. But that is okay since it is for a good cause.... his new bike!! Chris will be bringing home his prize HD Fat Boy on Saturday and I know he would have loved to have been with us in the studio at the Motorcycle Man Central Command Center here in lovely Cranford, New Jersey.  But we will resume with his presence next week and get the full report on the arrival of his new baby.Additionally, our scheduled guest had to reschedule and was unable to join us as well so that left Tim and I at the controls to pilot this vessel that is the MotoMen Podcast and steer it away from rocky shores. With the aid of some new toys and sound bits we were still able to put forth a wonderful and entertaining P-cast for y'all.  We chatted it up about some riding stuff, some gear, the HD Livewire project, maintenance and meaning of MotoMen.So when all said and done, another great episode in the can.  Until next week kids, keep it

  • The introduction ....and so it begins

    03/03/2015 Duración: 02min

Hello kids and welcome to the preliminary episodes of Motorcycle Men!  This episode and the next few that will follow will be the introductory episodes that will give us the opportunity to test the equipment, the blog, the website and basically the whole process. There is not likely to be a lot of motorcycle chit-chat during these first few test episodes but there might be some discussion, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.The website, as you can see, is in the process of being put together and it is indeed a process.  Gobs of information and clicking are happening and taking place behind the scenes.  Those of you that are doing this and have done this know exactly what I'm talking about.  Right now, there are no audio files for the podcast, there will be in short order or long order depending upon the successes and/or failures that come about.  But things are in motion that will make it all happen.  It may not evolve into the grand vision that I have but I hope it will come moderately clo
