Each year, IBC students take a pause on classes and reach out to the community in a time we have called Reality Week. However, it isn't a full week of cancelled classes and neither is it just a week - it is an exposure to reality, a reality that we hope becomes a burden for souls.Rev. Jim Sleeva has been at IBC for 31 years and has a passion for and serves the Urban Missions department at Indiana Bible College, a branch of the Missiology Department. Urban Missions Club coordinates IBC Reality.This episode is a glimpse into the outreach, the concerts, the connections, and the testimonies. We hope exposure to this episode breeds  a burden for more real world exposure to the needs around you.

Rev. Jim Sleeva is going on his 31st year at Indiana Bible College. Brother Sleeva was  a missionary to Germany for 17 years and his focus at Indiana Bible College has been on personal evangelism in our urban areas. He serves as the Chair of the Urban Missions department here at Indiana Bible College and is the staff advisor for the Urban Missions Club. He has a passion for souls and seeks to expose students to the spiritual needs surrounding them. Wait, Matt Tuttle? No - not Matt Tuttle, although we love our IBC alumnus Brother Matt Tuttle. No, Tuttles is an apple orchard East of Indianapolis. The Torch Bearer, Author Uknown. It is a poem our President, Paul D. Mooney likes to read each year to graduates as a reminder. If you're an IBC Alumni, you've no doubt heard it. Pastor Brian Labat of Calvary UPC in Addison, IL gives the commencement address at the 2019 graduation ceremony. He shares a challenge and an encouragement to the 2019 graduating class of 35 Seniors, "God has a plan, it's brilliant, and you're in it!"

IBC President Paul D. Mooney addresses the student body of Indiana Bible College with a strong challenge not to depend on our flesh in a message titled, "What Concerns Me Most." Preached this past Tuesday, April 30th, this was the final chapel of the Spring 2019 semester. Note: Last week we announced the release of In His Name to iTunes on 4/23.
