In this recap at the end of the first week in the New Testament, we look at the four different Gospels and what they can tell us about this Jesus. We also look at how this connects with all that has gone before

In this recap we look back through the books of Ezra and Nehemiah and see how the book of Esther is a shortened version of what has happened throughout these two weeks. 

There is a phrase that has been repeated a LOT over the last two weeks and that is 'This is the declaration of the Lord' and variations of it. We will look in this recap at that phrase and what it means.

It may be a small book, only 5 chapters tucked away in between Jeremiah and Ezekiel, but it's a powerful book of Lament and hope. My hope is this outline helps you as you read/listen through it

We also see the new King Solomon show the gift of wisdom in a dispute between two prostitutes and a dead child.

It's all right there to read, with no story covered up. This is what we need to recapture in the Christian Faith; the reality of what it says, the reality of what it speaks of and in to.
