Episode 018 brings the panel together in Sydney but still over Skype. Les Kiss and Ewen McKenzie are back in Australia briefly but still made time for RuggaMatrix. On this week's show we pay tribute to Shawn Mackay who so tragically lost his life in South Africa.

The New York Athletic coach puts in a vintage performance on this show as well as giving us the detail on the US Super League which is well and truly off and running. Episode 017 sees Ewen McKenzie return to the panel after taking last week off for a team commitment. The Australian Sevens team became the first to win the women's World Cup in Dubai last weekend. It was an epic journey for the Australians, many of whom don't come from a rugby background. But with superior pace and skill the underdog Aussies outlasted the powerful New Zealand line-up with a try in sudden death extra time. This is their story and to tell it RuggaMatrix spoke with their skipper Cheryl Soon.
