One of the "gifts" that my wife and I have given our children is the "Gift of Want." When someone is hungry to achieve a goal, they turn on their creative mechanism, and amazing things can happen. Regardless of age, parents, encourage your children to chase a vision...something that inspires them. You will be amazed by what they are capable of. In this podcast, my daughter Kyla and I talk about being hungry and self-sufficiency. Inspire your children with high expectations.  

There is a common behavior that destroys culture, trust, and performance. It happens more often than you think. Have you participated in this behavior? Have you been the recipient of such behavior?
