As a teen, Amanda was plagued with a series of health and breathing issues that baffled doctors. Putting her faith in Western medicine, she dutifully took the pills they prescribed, getting no better in the process. It was only after a fortuitous meeting with an Ayurvedic practitioner that she decided to explore other options. Using a combination of dietary change, herbal remedies, meditation, and yoga she was able to find a solution to her medical problems. She has now made it her passion to share this knowledge with the world. From Wanderlust Squaw Valley in 2015
