2 Cor. 10:7-18 - Our culture says, "I can do whatever I want and you can't judge me." That view is not supported by God's Word. However, Jesus teachs us HOW to judge and we find these principles fleshed out in Paul's life.

2 Cor. 9:6-15 - The characteristics found in the heart of a generous person.

2 Cor. 8:16-9:5 - Paul gives us seven additional guidlines to genorous giving.

2 Cor. 8:9-15 - We are encouraged to be faithful when we make commitments as God is faithful to us. The only imperative command issued by the Apostle Paul in his discussion of the offering in 2 Corintians 8 & 9 is "finish". He strongly encouraged the church to complete what they had previously promised.

2 Cor. 8:1-9 - We are encouraged to excel in the "grace of giving" because of the great gift of eternal life that God has given us. Paul uses the example of the Macedonian churches and the example of God's gift to motivate the Corinthian church to fulfill their commitments.

Luke 24:1-12 - On Sunday morning after the crucifixion, the women came to the tomb seeking Jesus. When they arrived, two angels ask the probing question, "Why are you looking for the Living among the dead?"

2 Cor.7:8-16 - In this world we will all face difficulty. When we suffer and grieve, the Lord uses those times to build our character. Here Paul identifies three things that Godly sorrow produces in a belever.

2 Cor.7:2-7 - When we have broken fellowship with other believers, our hearts are often heavy or broken. Through the reconciliation that Christ brings, the restored fellowship leads to great rejoicing.

2 Cor. 6:14-7:1 - The Spirit of God dwells in the people of God. Because He lives in us, we are compelled to live a different kind of life.

2 Cor. 6:3-13 - Paul outlines characteristics of a life that makes a difference.

2 Cor. 5:11-17 - In the previous few weeks, we have studied Paul's reasons for not "losing heart" in the midst of great difficulties. In this week's passage, we see what compelled him to keep on sharing the Good News.

2 Cor. 5:1-10 - The Lord has provided an eternal home for us. We never lose heat because we have such a glorious future that awaits.

2 Cor. 4:16-18 - We don't give up reguardless of how difficult life may become, because God has an eternal purpose for us.

Psalm 63 - God calls us to pause our hearts before Him. When we do, we recognize His power, authority and glory.

2 Cor. 4:7-15 - When we surrender ourselves to Christ, He fills us with His life through the Power of His Spirit. We must "die" so that He can "live" in us.

2 Cor. 4:1-6 - We can be encouraged in every circumstance because we have been shown mercy and our great God has revealed Himself to us.
