Heartrepreneur® Radio | Episode 115 | Changing The School Climate And Culture with Dr. Clete Bulach
14/08/2018 Duración: 17minA lot of teachers are unhappy in their profession and approximately 50% of students do not want to go to school. That’s what Dr. Clete Bulach concluded from his interviews with teachers and students from every school district in the state of Georgia. Dr. Bulach is a retired Ohio school superintendent and an associate professor emeritus at the University of West Georgia. He began writing a book about a school climate and culture that creates an atmosphere where kids would want to go and where teachers would love to teach them. He found that there is only one school in the state that is like that school, and it’s a school culture where the kids control their own behavior. Dr. Bulach says you’ve got to stop correcting misbehavior. If you change that and get the kids to control their own behavior, you have changed the culture and climate of the school. Love the show? 26/07/2018 Duración: 16minWhen heartrepreneurs have this desire and knowing that they’re here to do something profound and allow that to steer the car, it becomes much easier than when they try to fight that. That knowing is the soul language according to master intuitive Jennifer Urezzio. Jennifer says soul language is a paradigm to put tangibility to soul. Most people are more awake than they acknowledge. It’s whether you decide to participate in that consciousness or not that matters. Some people decide not to listen or take action on what the soul is leading them to do is because the pattern that grew of not taking it is so ingrained. It seems easier, and taking conscious action seems so overwhelming and so hard. Jennifer says you have to have courage, stamina, and persistence because in the end, it’s easier to go up in consciousness than to stay at the level of that low-grade displeasure, despair, or fear. Jennifer talks about soul language, what our soul is saying, and how sometimes we can misinterpret it. Love the show? Subscri
