We close out our Muskie Odyssey series with arguably the most brilliant muskie minds ever assembled on one stage.  Legends of muskie angling Shawn Maher, Mike Lazarus, Jim Saric, John Anderson, Bill Barber, and Rob Cadeau put forth an amazing amount of knowledge.

Muskies Canada put together a panel of impressive women who fish from all different prime muskie waters.  They lend their unique perspective and expertise on a variety of topics ranging from equipment selection to bait and targeting tactics. 

Olivia Michaud is an avid enthusiast and excellent angler.  Her method of choice is fly fishing and in this episode we talk about fly tactics and also touch on how to push through those difficult slumps and come out on the other side! 

Glenn McDonald has been guiding not only on the famous Eagle Lake for years, but also on several surrounding lakes in the region.  Glenn gives a run down on strategies and tactics for both Eagle and lesser known, less pressured lakes that anglers might not have heard about.

From the 2019 Muskie Odyssey, renowned guide John Anderson gives an absolute master class on how to locate and catch muskies.  John talks baits, techniques, behaviour, and how to save a fish that is bleeding.  

With 154 muskies boated just last season alone, Jeff Van Remortel has a wealth of experience on the water.  Jeff also boats the record of having the most inches registered for the National Championship Musky Open tournament (2012).  Jeff shares a ton of knowledge on targeting big muskies across a variety of conditions.  Jeff guides out of Northern Wisconsin.

Ace muskie hunter Pete Maina calls into the show to talk about his decades of experience as one of the world's top muskie anglers. Pete provides excellent tips and as expected, hilarious stories.   

Dan Johnston is a National Account Manager for St. Croix Rods and is a part of their product development team.  Dan talks about the rod making process and what to look for and what to avoid when selecting that perfect muskie rod.

Chris and Frank take a look at some of the insightful muskie angling tips collected from some of the greatest fishing minds in the world in 2018.  The guys also talk about what is in store for Ugly Pike for 2019. 

Fishing legend Joe Bucher calls in to studio to give some amazing tips that will improve every angler's skill set.  Joe talks about essential figure 8 details, seasonal targeting strategies, and his exciting new media projects.  Perhaps what makes this episode so unique is how Joe discusses the differences in level of detail that he includes in advice that he gives to anglers based on their level of experience.
