A short time after Jesus explained to His disciples how hard it will be to follow Him, Jesus invites several of them to come with Him on a trip to the mountain. What happened there on top of that mountain would encourage and strengthen them for the path ahead. We too can draw strength and encouragement from this passage in Luke 9. Join us as we continue our series in the Gospel of Luke that promises to help us be more certain in our faith.

As we study the last section in Luke chapter eight, we encounter two people who begged Jesus to help them. Join us as we learn some key lessons from these two individuals' interactions with Jesus.
