This week we review the year 2017 with Jonathan Daniel Brown from the great podcast Struggle Session. 2017 suffered from poor writing throughout - the villains were cartoonish and there was no obvious hero character. The plot was over-reliant on a series of unrealistic legislative showdowns. The low quality CGI barely masked the fact that the majority of 2017 was filmed in Toronto. We also talk about some of the bright spots!
