This week was suuuuuuper boring!! Sorry about that, BUT it is a short episode this time!! UNDER AN HOUR!!! YAY!

This week we talked about Gwen getting certified in BodyPump® , a new segment called "Why is Gwen mad this week", new shows Queen Sugar & Atlanta, and we also got a little political but nothing too crazy. Blake also wanted to point out that we did talk about sex a little bit, so please no one freak out!
