Our attitude toward time, abilities and resources says a lot about stewardship and what is Lord of our lives. In today's lesson, Tim helps us see the story of the Good Samaritan through a different lens, as he challenges us to do something for others.

Do you carry scars from your past? Are you living in a barren place? What if you could be welcomed to the king's table as a prince or princess? In today's lesson, Tim reveals how similar we are to the Old Testament character, Mephibosheth. 

What is God's prescription for discouragement? In today's lesson, Tim picks up where we left Elijah last week to see how God brings the prophet from the brink of death to a renewed mission.

It's time for choice foods and sweet drinks! As we conclude our study of Nehemiah, Tim encourages us to celebrate for the joy of the Lord is our strength. 

When the builders are making progress, you can count on Satan to attack with discouragement and division. In today's lesson, Tim examines five ways Satan tried to undermine the people in Nehemiah's day — the same tricks he uses to attack the Church today. 

When do you give thanks? At suppertime? The fourth Thursday of November? How about when you are ridiculed, threatened, giving credit, and expecting God to work? Today's lesson focuses on giving thanks and on answering the trumpet call to help in building for God.

We're building! So, we're not just calling for masons, electricians, plumbers and carpenters. We're looking for chefs, cosmetologists, insurance salespeople and nurses. In today's lesson, Tim uses Nehemiah 3 to illustrate the importance of every Christian in building for the Kingdom as Vaughn Park Church seeks 100 missionaries for the River Region.

As Vaughn Park Church prepares for Agape Giving Sunday Sept. 10, Tim sits down with Erich and Allena Burbage to talk about their journey as foster parents as well as Agape Executive Director Steve Duer to hear about the needs and victories in serving vulnerable mothers and children.
