If you tuned into the show last week, you hear me play a clip from ABC's "The Revolution" that featured a 13 yr old named Ally talking about her experience as an overweight teenager. I was immediately drawn to how articulate and insightul this young girl was, and was soon directed to her blog: www.losergurl.com and just became completely inspired by this courageous and wonderful young woman. Ally's mom Wendy also blogs about her own experiences with weight at www.theweightsover.net.  Wendy inspired her daughter to start blogging about her experiences and journeys, and together, they're a shining example of how great parenting and family relationships can change everything.
