Tony and Sam host a special guest, Tony’s longtime friend Shervin who works as a systems engineer and has a totally different perspective on the service industry, having never worked in it. The three have very interesting conversations about pursuing dream jobs like photography,  laser eye surgery, flying to Turkey after one thing leads to another, food habits, tipping, and the Kardashians.
