The purpose of this podcast is to share my story and empower people who also want to create a healthy lifestyle.Obesity had been my story most of my life, and I wanted to document my weight loss journey to hold myself accountable, and to give people the right push so they can also smash their weight loss goals!
This forthright, candid, from-the-gut account of my transition into a fit and healthy life is equally deep, humorous, highly informative and most of all, honest. My intention has always been to document and share the experience to bring inspiration, hope, and encouragement to folks who want what I now have.
This book shows how I went from sick, sad, addicted and downtrodden to energized, healthy, mindful, fit and clean and sober by taking on a fully integrated approach to my health in mind, body and spirit.
