Am I Healthy? | “A Conversation on Mental Health”|P. Jordan & Andy Y., PsyD.|January 16, 2022
17/01/2022 Duración: 42min“In 2004, we (Andy & Melody Yarborough) began talking about the possibility of starting a practice that focused on treating the whole person. “Whole person” for us means focusing on and integrating a person’s physical health, soul health, relationships, and spiritual/existential growth in the treatment process. In addition, we wanted to help people discern how to live when the problem went away. Melody and I knew that appropriate training was necessary, so Mel earned a Master’s degree in nursing and I completed a doctoral degree in psychology full time for a bit to work in the church world. Each experience was beneficial. With each new experience, we became better at integrating different aspects of treatment and growth-oriented approaches to help people towards hope, wellness, and more meaningful lives.” - Andy Yarborough, PsyD.

Kingdom Stewards - Week 2 | “The Role of the Church” | P. Jordan Ducote | November 14, 2021
19/11/2021 Duración: 36minThe Kingdom of God can be described as the realm where God reigns supreme, and Jesus is the King. In this kingdom, God’s authority is recognized, and his will is obeyed. In this week’s message, we learned that Jesus paired the revelation of Himself as the Christ with the first mention and start of the church. The Church is a group of people united by faith in the gospel. Matthew 16:13–17 (ESV) 13 Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” 14 And they said, “Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” 16 Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” 17 And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah!
