Tory Zellick is a young woman who transitioned into adulthood while caring for, and emotionally supporting, her mother through a six-and-a-half year battle with breast cancer. At the age of eighteen, Tory found herself traveling the unanticipated path of caregiver; overwhelmed and unsure of what was to come next. After her mother’s passing in 2009, Tory, along with her father and brother, spent time traveling through South East Asia, reflecting on all that had occurred over the past several years. Out of that reflection time was born The Medical Day Planner.
