Hello...! I remember going to one of Oprah's weekend events a few years back...and there was a fitness segment. Soul Cyclers were on stage...the music was blaring...and we, the faithful in the audience, were jogging along to the beat. The instructor yelled " Your effort maybe the thing that inspires the person next to you to keep going." Man, my feet hurt. Cute sandals were not made for jogging on cement. But I was fueled by the thought that my hopping around might encourage someone else. I rolled the thought around in my head and before I knew it they blew the whistle and let me sit my tired self down. Whatever you may be going through right now...look around for support. Reach out for inspiration. We CAN heal ourselves...but it's so much easier with a friend. xo KC
