Generosity is something we have all experienced. Most people desire to be generous to some degree. However, intentions and actions are two different things. You have never been blessed by someone else’s intention of generosity; you were blessed by their action of generosity. In this message, Pastor Caleb discusses how LOVE GIVES. Period. God wants to help you increase. Many Christians are willing to give, just not obedient to follow though. You must have both intact in order to receive God’s best. We connect to God’s best by giving Him our best.

While government can make changes, it is still not the thing that we should put our faith in. He has already done everything that He is ever going to do about our situation.We have a promise from our God and HE IS FAITHFUL. Our lives were ransomed by Jesus, to remove us from one condition and place us into another. If we as Christians do not know or understand the redemptive work of Christ, we will miss out on the benefits and condition that was purchased for us to live in. Can you say, through the power of being connected to vine, that things showed up in your life? We are not going to go through life without challenge or pain. It is a simple part of being a human being and living on this earth. Daniel was a pretty extraordinary young man. He lived a life that no one could bring a charge against. He was a man that probably would make you mad. Not because he wasn’t pleasant to be around, but because it seemed that he never did anything wrong – was always getting promoted above everyone else; and again... NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG! People knew that Daniel had a continual relationship with God – it was no secret. Daniel lived an “open window” lifestyle concerning his relationship with God. If your windows were left open at your house, would people hear you praying and giving thanks to God? Daniel’s unashamed relationship with God caused others to follow his example and serve his God. If you will live unashamed of the God you serve, others will have an opportunity to meet Him. Windows tell us a lot about a place. We look into windows to see what’s inside. Let’s make sure that when others look into our windows that they find Christ.

Throughout the course of your life, you must champion a cause that is bigger than yourself. Some things in your life will require the partnership of someone else to accomplish a goal. The cause – redeeming humanity – was much larger than one person. What Christ did on the Cross was not for Him, but rather for the world. Your life was not meant to be lived for you, but for others. Who are you living for today? When you champion a cause for Christ, you will not do it void of opposition. Don’t allow the faces of opposition to cause you to cower back from the cause of Christ. Many times we desire to be cautious rather than to be the cause. God created you for a purpose and with a purpose. Determine to be the cause that brings change into someone else’s life.

Have you ever had something move you to your knees in prayer? Paul went to prayer on behalf of a cause. Throughout our lives there will be many things that will only be accomplished through prayer. One minister went as far as to say, “Every failure in life is a prayer failure.” God has given us the power to change and activate anything in our lives according to His will. In this message, Pastor Caleb Moran discussed that we cannot go to God only in crisis, but we must allow Him to direct us far before things begin to fall apart. Are there things in your life that demand a response of prayer right now? For this cause you must bow your knees and pray. God is awaiting your permission to step into your situation. David saw the cause to use his faith and stand up against Goliath. Paul saw the cause to bow his knees and pray on behalf of a relationship. What cause do you see and what response will you have?

Have you ever had someone talk you out of something? Or have you ever talked yourself out of something? There are so many things that are trying to talk you out of what God wants for you. Don’t be one of those mouth pieces that talks you out of what God has for you! Be somebody who speaks what God has for you.

Have you ever had someone ask you why you did something and you simply replied, “Because!” What we do must have a why or it is merely a reaction and not a response. There are many things in life that demand a response from God’s people. Jesus had a cause, and that cause had a purpose. He saw the need to take action on behalf of His cause. There is an anointing available for every cause of Christ. You cannot sit back and wait for something to happen – you are the something that needs to happen. Christ had a cause and He went in to action for it. What things in your life right now demand a response?

We focused last week on the first pollutant called doubt – also known as fear. In this message Pastor Caleb Moran discusses the second major influence that affects the condition of our hearts, as well as our ability to receive from God. The second pollutant seems to be one of the hardest for people to recognize and eliminate – unforgiveness. Satan knows that your heart has the ability to produce whatever is put in its soil; therefore he is hard at work trying to pollute it. We must not allow the seed of offense to take root. It almost sounds impossible to do on your own. Well... IT IS! That is why God sent us a Helper – One who would give us the very love to love others with. Nothing will hinder your prayers more than a heart polluted by offense. No matter what has been done to you, God’s love is stronger. Determine to eliminate the pollutant of unforgiveness from your heart, and you will release any dammed up blessings that God has been trying to get to you.
