The Rio Olympics are going strong for Canada Teenage Penny Oleksiak took home a gold medal in the 100-metre freestyle and set a tied Olympic record with Simone Manuel of the U.S. This is Penny's 4th medal at the Summer Games this year and this is the first time a Canadian has done so.
