Welcome to episode 42, our delayed new year/Christmas podcast, featuring extra material not in the YouTube version! In this episode, Bard has been playing a very hard multi-player twin stick shooter with Helldivers about the USA, democracy and killing hordes of enemy’s. TheSuffolkRam has been getting annoyed with his God, assembling tetris pieces and dealing with OCD in The Talos Principle. Bard has also been disappointed with Stardust Vanguard, an otherwise fun game let down by lack of online co-op. He’s also been replaying the recently re-released Dragon Dogma, featuring a character who is a master of either Porn’s, Prawns or Pawns, we’re not quite sure. Bard has been to see Star Wars: The Force Awakened, not featuring Jar Jar Binks. We also discuss the death of great musician David Bowie, the villain of the greatest Christmas film ever Alan Rickman, Motorhead front man Lemmy and Dan Haggerty, the man who played Grizzly Adams. Welcome to episode 41, we’re missing Skazz this time as he was unavailable to record, but we will march on regardless! Bard’s been playing a number of Games Workshop games, first with Blood Bowl 2, which has caused him throw his keyboard in a fit of rage over the heavily dice rolled game and treemen getting stuck in the ground, but did enjoy playing as the Skaven. TheSuffolkRam had been playing a game about wiping out humanity with Plague Inc: Evolved, hes been acting as a stealthy virus but also using mind control parasites to drop presents on people. Both Ram and Bard have been playing another Warhammer game: Vermintide: The End Times, which is basically Left for Dead meets Warhammer. Featuring fun combat, great atmosphere and loads of Skaven. Welcome to the mid life crisis episode 40, where we briefly discuss  re-branding as a philosophy podcast. Bard been playing a game not about  sofas or Coronation Street with One Piece Pirate Warriors based on an  incredibly long running Anime. TheSuffolkRam has been playing a PC  classic with Farcry, a very hard game with huge levels and full of  mutants from a time when everyone used asked about a new PC: “But will  it run Farcry?”. Bard also been playing DLC for his game of last year,  Shovel Knight, in Plague of Shadows he takes on the role another one of  the Knight who can triple jump! Skazz has joined the dark side and switched to Linux, using Ubuntu  with Gnome (Who isn’t a small friend of of Skazz, as Bard thought) on  something called a Beebox. In this episode, we’re joined by a new nerd chalky and we look at E3  2015 and pick some of our choice games. We have a look at the possible  new Shenmue 3 game, funded by kickstarter, (forklift driving and  accurate weather unconfirmed) we assess dog like monsters with The Last  Guardian and game in the style of Ico. We’re back! After a long hiatus while Skazz found a new office, we  have now returned. We currently using a limited set up so sound quality  wont be quite up to standard.
