Diving into sports talk, we will continue to discuss the Detroit Tigers' Verlander/Avila trade buzz and if we believe either of them will be dealt before the deadline. Staying on the topic of MLB, we will give our thoughts on the All Star Game roster selections and give our predictions on who we think will win Monday's Home Run Derby. Also, we will break down the Detroit Red Wings free agent signings of Trevor Daley and Luke Witkowski and give our grades on some of the other team signings around the league. On tonight's show, we welcome future NHL defenseman, Matt Roy as our special guest to talk about what the experience has been like for him being drafted by the LA Kings, his career achievements up to this point and his plans for the future as he pushes for a main roster spot this upcoming season.
