    Oregon Update -- there's a possibility that incumbent Obama may not be qualified to be on the ballot in Arizona,   Also, in West Virginia's May 8 primary, 40% of the vote went to challenger Keith Judd, currently serving a sentence in the Beaumont Federal correctional Institute in Texas. plus, the house passed legislation aiming at helping law enforcement to combat underground drug trafficking by approving the "Border tunnel prevention act." who knows, that might be just as effective as title 14, section  1211  of the Code of Federal Regulations and extraterrestrial exposer act implemented in 1982, later repealed in 1991 making it a felony to have any contact with extraterrestrials. In other words, we can solve all our problems just by passing a new law.   All this and more, Monday, May 21 one o'clock Pacific time.

    Oregon Update-   transportation Secretary Ray LaHood is calling for a FEDERAL BAN ON TALKING ON A CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING, on any road in the country.   LaHood says that the only way to deal with this "national epidemic" is for tough federal legislation. also on the program   new rules proposed by the Obama administration would prohibit children under 18 from working in "storing, marketing, and transportation of farm product raw materials and prohibits places of employment such as grain elevators, grain bins, silos, feedlots, stockyards, live stock exchanges and livestock auctions." http://news.yahoo.com/rural-kids-parents-angry-labor-dept-rule-banning-054605888.html (but it gets better) also under the proposal, would revoke the government's approval of safety training and certification caught by groups like 4-H and FFA replacing them with a 90 hour federal government training course.
