You never know what's coming next on Between the Stripes LOI podcast as this week we speak with a former English Premier League defender and an American superstar import playing in the Women's National League.  Also on this week's show, Kieran & Gary give us their Premier and First Division teams and players of the year which always makes for intense debate.

This week's show features an extended interview with Longford Town manager Gary Cronin after De Town secured a play-off place with 5 games remaining in the First Division season.
