For those who need encouragement with their dreams
10/05/2019 Duración: 35minDarlings, in todays episode, we are getting real about that inner inkling. The glimmers of fizz. The aches of yearning which flavour your dreams. It’s a show about showing up for your dreams, investing in them and also letting them be unexpected but totally sensical…. if that’s a word. And how to deal with discouragement and resistance that you might receive externally or internally about your dreams, with some tips that you can put into action immediately. also, expect the inspiration station - a collection of stuff i’ve dug this week, later in the show. And a little shoutout to all of you who have been listening, sharing and tagging me in your instagram stories, sending me messages and voicemails, thank you! thank you so so much - i am so grateful to connect with you and show up for you each week. and if you enjoy this episode, i’d love it if you could share it with someone you care about and, if you feel generous, give me a review in Apple Podcasts! - it really helps other like-minded good people fin

Why am I so shy? My 28 year journey as a polymath
02/05/2019 Duración: 58minThis week we have a mystery guest takeover on the podcast, morelike intervention. Why? Apparently i’m too shy to even tell people about my offerings in the world. So, expect some lessons and story time moments talking about my 28 year journey as a polymath: *shaking things up *disrupting the system *dismantling the rules *and getting real about my mission in order to build a portfolio career with integrity And i want the same for others that feel the call to be brave and show up as your whole self and make the things you want to see. I’ll be sharing things i’ve learned that might help others doing lots of seemingly different things, breaking the rules and being radically true to who they are. Hope this inspires you to take up more space in the world and be more you. Expect CACKLES and croaks of shady saltiness (at some point!)

The journey of transformation
19/04/2019 Duración: 37minTransformation is often hard…and these times, in these fast, quick instant times, where we’re often shown the highlight reel, the filtered edition of something, there’s not often the lens that shows us the tricky parts, the difficult bits, the excruciating crawl through the dirt…Most of us have experienced some hardships and challenges. But they have made us who we are are. The process that has brought us to this point in the story of our lives. *********** I love to hear from you, requests for show topics, thoughts, etc, so please reach out to me. Grief, sadness + life online
19/03/2019 Duración: 37minFirstly, i want to send love and solidarity with anyone going through it these days. These last few weeks/months/years have been a lot....and in these times of collective grief, when i feel enveloped in sadness and wrapped in feelings, i find it difficult to do very much at all. In fact, it can seem absurd in the face of things. Dealing with overwhelming information online that is difficult to digest, served via a relentless infinite scroll, then somehow having to get up, function and continue in the real world, is becoming a more common occurrence many of us are experiencing as we spend more time online. I’m slowly learning the necessity of giving space to a feeling. Be it joy or sadness or whatever. Of course, is if it’s possible to do so. Learning to hold space for our feelings and take care of ourselves (especially in these times) is a process, but it’s so beneficial for us and everybody around us. So i’ll be sharing notes from my own journey and offering some tips and resources to support you. I

The trap of self improvement ✋
07/03/2019 Duración: 29minThis week’s episode is about trying to avoid the trap of self improvement. It’s kind of a rally cry to remind you of your enoughness, but also, a little bit of practical advice about how to do that for times when stuff gets in the way. We’ll put that into action later on in the show too, so we can make this stuff real. It’s kind of a follow up to the last podcast episode which was episode number 29 so feel free to delve into this subject if it resonates. ***** I love to hear from you, requests for show topics, thoughts, kitsch music videos, musings and so on, so please reach out to me, all the links will be in the shownotes → https://dionne.space/podcastepisode/30 You can find the transcript of the show here → https://dionne.space/blog/selfimprovement And if you want more free resources from me to support you to be more you, consider subscribing to my Digest - a weekly love note of inspo for your insides (and inbox!) at → https://dionne.space/digest

Manage your time + energy in the busy season
14/12/2018 Duración: 12minIt’s so clear in my many years wandering on this planet that there is a massive tendency to pack in so much around this time of year. Be it the panic so many feel to fill the year and tick off stuff before it “ends”, or the pressure to be in the seasonal spirit of joy and glad tidings. During this time you might still have stuff to do. Things to fix up.But you’re reluctant to go at the same pace or rhythm of others, especially when you’re in a different space. And perhaps also exhausted from the year! So how can we manage our time and energy during the busy season? I’m here to offer some tips that i hope will help you prioritise and get the important stuff done. Cause amidst the pressure and distraction, you still get to choose what to participate in. Take your rest seriously this time of year my friends and be well. Hope you enjoy the show. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ More goodies in the shownotes : dionne.space/podcastepisode/25 And a transcript is available here: https://dionne.space/blog/2018/managebusy Remem

What Monaco taught me about failure, freedom + trust ⚓️ // Episode 23
13/11/2018 Duración: 48minHave you ever felt it’s time to get up and out of a job, relationship or situation? But then start questioning or doubting yourself? Worrying that quitting somehow makes you a failure? I feel you. I’ve been there too. So in today’s podcast i wanted to share a personal story, from my time of living and working onboard a superyacht in Monaco... Yeah, i know, it’s weird isn’t it? I often get asked about my past lives, and despite there being lots of cringe moments in this one (enjoy!) i wholeheartedly own them as they very much make me who i am. So I hope this story inspires you to appreciate all of the learning moments that have brought you to where you are today. Also, i hope it serves as a reminder and/or a prompt learning to tune into and trust yourself and your own inner guidance system so you can hear what you want. What you really want. (Ps not a timely clickbait spice girl reference because, well…) And the importance of making space and time to connect with yourself, often. I love you. And i hope the

I’m a creative coach, a yoga and movement and meditation teacher, writer, dj, event sharer, experience facilitator, good smell cultivator, book addict, animal lover and connector, i think, of humans and to feelings. Fancy coming in my time machine this week? Let’s go back to July, when i was sweating everywhere. I’m sorry for that visual. Thought i’d share some insights from behind the scenes when i’m on the road traveling for work running events. What helps me? What boujee items can’t i do without? What food keeps for a while without a fridge?! (non scientific test fyi) You’ve got it right here. What is it with me and supermarkets? What the hell to wear on a flight? I mean... A cheeky banana “bonus” show which although recorded in high summer feels apt as i’m on the road again this week djing in Norway. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Episode produced by me, with music from Ketil Kinde
