I took the time to take a trip out on the west shores of Vancouver Island to walk along the shorelines of French Beach. I loved how the area looked intense and moody with the overcast sky and the high ocean tide. The neurological traffic that conducts raw information into emotional inspiration requires the mechanically physical asset that is your body. This understanding alone should incentivize practice of taking care of ourselves. While a portion of the population implements some form of physical training, not everyone retains the discipline
