  We are all familiar with the adage, “What goes around, comes around.” That seems to be the case in Baltimore, where many black residents and social activists who, subsequent to the death of Freddie Gray in 2015, were demanding the removal of police from their communities, are now pleading for the return of police to those same neighborhoods in response the skyrocketing murder rate in that city.
