In response to a listener question we discuss the issues around whether college coaches will be conducting or attending camps this summer along with some of their "can do's" and "can't do's". When softball starts back up, it will not be the same and we have to be prepared for the changes and be positive in accepting them. If we don't follow the guidelines, that more than likely we won't like, games could be shut down again. Our second primary topic is helping players loss of confidence. As we move up the chain of competitive softball our success rate will go down. Players, parents and coaches have to recognize this and be prepared to work through it.
