I don’t know about you, but I believe God! I believe God is who He says that He is. I believe God does what He says He will do. And I believe the Lord heard the prayers and cries of His people. He has not turned His back away from those who’ve made Him their refuge. You are seen by God. You are heard by God. You are being recognized by God. The Lord doesn’t need anyone’s permission to bless and deliver you. The Lord is wanting us to partner with Him like never before in this season and onward. And He knows He has to do His part as we stay committed to do ours. God knows His people need rest to build & possess new grounds for His kingdom purposes. Don’t you see it? Don’t you see He’s been giving you rest on the inside. I don’t care what it looks like on the outside, how are you doing inside? This is God at work. Now get ready! By the Spirit of God, many of you, your name is being called, and you need to remove the old clothes and wear the new. You are not stepping into the new season nor waiting on it to arrive. You’re already in it and God is waiting on you to dress and move like it. Things might not have worked the way you we’re expecting them to, does that mean God is a liar and His plan can be thwarted? Are you going to hesitate to receive what the Lord is doing in your life because it caught you by surprised? What matters and has always mattered is God’s will for our lives and who He says we are. Don’t allow what you see or how you feel or what the enemy tries to conspire against, cause you to believe God has forgotten you. My friend, it is impossible for God to forget His promises! Jesus called us to be watchful ( Read Mark 13:35-37), this includes being watchful over our lives. The Lord might not reveal all to you at once; but He doesn’t want you to be clueless concerning His storyline for your life. Knowing is key to remaining encouraged and proactive in each season. This is why no matter what you might be facing, revisiting your history with God and His plans, helps you stand in faith, until the rest of the journey unfolds. Everything you’re believing for, whether it be a job, financial blessings, a home, job , spouse or whatever it might be, can be found and will be found as you’re aligning with God and His timing for your life. Be Aware of this Deceptive “Reason” for Divorce There’s few reasons for divorce the Bible addresses; but only two are specifically stated in detail. Have you noticed everything about dating is backwards in these modern-times? We have been sold a blueprint that doesn’t work to find success in dating, in relationships and ultimately getting married and staying married. As Christians we know what the Bible says regarding marriage. The importance of not being unequally yoked. But have the Church, Christian communities and Christian parents truly model the importance of asking questions to those who are showing in interest/ are wanting to pursue single Christian women? Have they modeled to single men how to prepare for marriage the same way they showcased to single women ? Or Perhaps this is a missing key element: Maybe It’s not just what one does while single or in their relationship that will make it successful or lead to a godly marriage in the end. The best parenting method is imitating the nature and character of God the Father and Jesus in Scripture. Parenting is not easy but it’s so rewarding. It’s one of the best ways to witness to children, youth and young adults God's love and the gospel message. Children should be reminded of Jesus each time they are with their parent. As a parent, you should be your child’s first mentor, one who walks alongside them and encourage them to reach their ultimate potential. There’s more to parenthood than what we probably grew up seeing. I believe it’s a key role in advancing God’s kingdom and bringing delight to the Father’s heart.
