Training guidelines also kept the training to a slow pace, and deshi were asked to observe their mind - looking for signs of attachment, anxiety, fear, and resistance. In the after class discussion, a question was asked that prompted a discussion on the difference between kihon and jiyu. This is the ending of that discussion.
