I am in a deeply healing space. Also I love The Bear on FX but I would love it if they found some grace for themselves. But I do love that the Black characters are living contemporary lives with real life problems.

They have made some new discoveries in MS - and it’s amazing. Heal your microbiome and you heal almost every disease!!
