Mary Magdalene is our first "rebel" and what a story she has! She was the first to find out from Jesus himself that He had risen from the dead. He told Mary to go and tell and she did. She spread that news that He had risen, and throughout her life she spread His message through her discipleship.  Her story remains today a bold example of what is means to follow your heart. Mary Magdalene was a definitely a leader among women, the bible says: -She was healed by Jesus from seven demons. Mark 16:9 -She traveled on the road with Jesus's disciples. Mark 15:40-41 -She stood at the foot of the cross. John 19:25 -She was the first to see and talk with Jesus after the resurrection. Matthew 28:9 -She supported Jesus financially.
