A discussion is brought up about how our resident creepy-olgist Brian is not a fan of Pumpkin Head (1988) and Hellraiser (1987)!!!!  Mycoal brings up the question of who is better Clint Eastwood or Keanu Reeves and that's the rest of the episode!

Annabelle Comes Home is the 7th installment in the Conjuring franchise. Of course it made tons of  money in the box office its opening weekend, but was it really worth it? Listen in as we give our opinions on the movie and what we rate it over all. Somehow this episode also turns into a Slumber Party Massacre and Texas Chainsaw Massacre  episode . Lets not forget about New Strange News and  New Movie News!

We talk about the creature feature Australian film Boar  which is available on Shutter.  JT expresses how upset he is a about Whataburger being sold to Chicago. Ten year old little terror,  Zayyir  joins us as we talk about all the Final Destination movies. Our other guests in the pod are Rosie and Debra. Zayyir's goal was to watch all the movies just so he can do an episode with us. He was really committed, and fills us in with some great insight.  What other horror franchise should Zayyir check out?

Join us as we talk about the movie Valentine directed by Jamie Blanks. Many familiar actors and actresses in this film. We got a good amount of Strange News for you listeners and as always random ramblings about nonsense.

Last episode of the Rage In The Cage Month we are covering Mom and Dad from 2017 starring Nicolas Cage and Selma Blair.  Parents get transformed into bat shit crazy lunatics  who  begin attacking their own children Some pretty crazy stuff. Not a bad movie at all. Lots of going off subject in this episode but we eventually get back on track with Strange News, Movie News, and continue raging on about Nicolas Cage while Jaytee does a beer challenge. Lets see how he wakes up in the morning.

Rage in the Cage month continues with  the remake of The Wicker Man from 2006  starring of course the one and only Nicolas Cage. We got many laughs out of this film and we hope you did too. As always we have some interesting stories from our segment Strange News and a trailer is dropped for the Irish Horror movie The Hole In The Ground! Check it out!

We are kicking off our Rage In The Cage Month (January ) with the 2018 movie Mandy starring of course, Nicolas Cage. Join us as we talk about the psychedelic, horror movie that left us scratching our heads and attempting to interpret what this movie was about exactly. Since the holidays have been busy, busy, we dedicate this episode to Nicolas Cage. We have been letting our listeners know that January is the month of the Cage. Although this episode is suppose to be all Nicolas Cage facts, somehow we also talk about Steven Seagal, Jean Claude Van Damme, and DMX. Some how the Dead Rooster Crew talks a lot about Nicholas Cage and determine that the month of January will be our Nicholas Cage horror movie month.  Finally we talk about the 1985 slasher film The Mutilator. Enjoy some of the worst acting and pretty cool kills . Lets just say this is a fun movie, but not a good movie. We would watch it again!

Doing something a bit different this week, but of great importance. The Dead Rooster Crew had the pleasure of interviewing local author Ricky Reyes, along with actor/director Alfonso Vega. Ricky Reyes presents his novel to the world and spreads his wisdom of indigenous culture. Raised by healers, Ricky touches on prayers, healing, the bounty that nature provides to you, and the importance of passing knowledge down to the as many people as you can, especially our young ones. We discuss the movie in its entirely, so warning SPOILERS!!! WARNING! This movie has extreme violence towards women. That being said this movie is not for everyone.
