Rich takes us through his journey from finding his feet in this twenties, to coaching Olympic teams whilst adjusting to his mothers terminal cancer condition and his facing the death of someone so close. Whilst we culturally shy away from this inevitable end, Rich dealt with the grief head on, leading him to discover amongst other things the concept of Flow, which is the elusive hyper focussed mental state where senses of time and space are lost.
