Welcome to FitTalk with me Sheba! I'm a certified strength coach/fitness trainer and am totally passionate about what I do! I'm an ACE certified personal trainer, Crossfit L1 trainer, EKFA L1 &2 trainer, NESTA wellness and weight management specialist and Super Body Super Body personal trainer. I've been in the IT industry for the longest time, my last as a game producer, before I took on my passion.
