Auditioning ahead of the eventually-chosen Ace Frehley, Bob left an indelible impression on Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley that would pay dividends down the road. Bob Kulick's performances on KISS records are undeniable. His leads on the studio side of ALIVE II, especially on Larger than Life and All American Man, shine through as well as some great playing on Paul Stanley's 1978 KISS solo album.
