    In Colossians 1:24-29, the Apostle Paul tells of the the mystery of which he became a minister: "Christ in you, the hope of glory.". Namely, that the Gentiles should be fellow partakers of the grace of God. As Pastor Ryan teaches through our text, he contrasts the effective and ineffective ways to minister to people. Paul's labor was a labor of love, both for God and for the souls of people. When we realize that reaching people is only as effective as the heart with which we reach them with, it will revolutionize our ministry. Jesus said that the world would know we were his followers by our love for one another. We must reach out because we love, not because we think we have to do it in order to be a good Christian.

We'll say that we are too old, or too young, or too down, or too busy. Regardless of those things, the Lord has something for each of us, and he wants us to walk in it simply to bless us with His goodness.
