Top Award For Military Memorial Garden
21/04/2017 Duración: 03min6th Regiment Royal Logistics Corps have picked up the top accolade at the Harrogate Spring Flower Show. The 'Homecoming Prayer' garden has taken the gold award in the competition at the horticultural event in North Yorkshire. Following the show, the Japanese section of the design will be painstakingly transported back to their base at Dishforth Camp. The memorial garden will be formerly opened at the end of June and will provide lasting tribute to former comrades. The route concludes with the punishing Krypton Factor assault course which includes monkey bars, rope swings, cargo nets, and balance beams. Her Royal Highness commended the valour of the brave pilots involved in early stealth bombing missions during the First World War.
