In Episode 306 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett talk about the ongoing, never-ending Mets POBO (or maybe just GM now) search. Jarrett may also try and settle all family business. We also chat about the playoffs. In the second half of the show we are joined by Trevor Strunk to talk about his book, Story Mode, and get some Phillies prospects thoughts from a real expert. And in the third half of the show we answer your correspondence and talk about the professional wrestling. No, we don't know how these keep being almost two-and-a-half hours either.

In Episode 305 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett chat about the ongoing Mets FO search and the start of the Arizona Fall League. In the second half of the show we are joined by Sydney Bergman to discuss her new book, Unwritten Rules, how much catcher framing discussion you can fit in a modern romance novel, and who gets to call baseball players hot. Then in the third half of the show we answer the same e-mail we answered last week on the show you didn't hear, complete with a different ten minute tangent this time, before wrapping up with the wrestling portion of the show. You can probably guess what that is about.

This podcast (and others) has a long history of breaking Jeffrey's computer. Well, that happened again, and once again he has learned nothing in his 30s. Anyway here's a brief recap of what you missed that turned into a sort of actual show.

In Episode 303 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett hope you have a long commute. In the first half of the show, we discuss another (at least final) week of Mets baseball and all the "fun" stories around a grumpy Mets ace and a ponderous executive search. In the second half of the show we do our traditional roster wrap up. It's, uh, a very large roster this year. And in the third half of the show we answer your correspondence and try to keep up with the goings on in Game 162.

In Episode 302 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett theoretically talk about the Mets player dev shake up, but end up talking about Paul Sewald. It happens. It takes an hour. In the third half of the show, we answer questions about the 2022 Mets and review the week in wrestling.

In Episode 301 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett are back, and so are The Jetsssss. Their struggles prove a useful bouncing off point for discussion of the Mets C-suite. There's cocktail metaphors, some needless Coney Island slander, and remembering of the 90s too. Plus, one very important This Week in Tylor Megill. Then in the third half of the show, we answer your correspondence and talk a little AEW after Jarrett refuses to talk about WWE. Eh, he's probably right.

In Episode 300 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett are joined by Allison, Liam, Will, Brady, Thomas, and Goog for three hours of the usual dumb Mets-adjacent podcast.

In Episode 299 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett are joined by David Roth of Defector Media to cover everything that happened since we recorded last week. The Mets haven't lost on the field since, but continue to be a disaster off the field. We also chat about who edits David and try to figure out who the most 2021 Met is. In the third half of the show we take a few questions, but don't really have any pro wrestling to talk about.

In Episode 280 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett take a scenic tour of Syracuse's roster as the Mets deal with another spate of injuries. There's also plenty of Phillies talk, and Jarrett just sort of wanders off to monologue about pitching evaluation for the last 15 minutes of the first half of the show. In the third half of the show we discuss the first two weeks in the Mets minors and answer your correspondence.

In Episode 279 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett go day-by-day, blow-by-blow over the week that was for the Metropolitans. Donnie, Q, injuries, a good bullpen(?), rats, raccoons, opossums, definitely not media criticism, and some live Jacob deGrom start thoughts dot the first half. The third half brings your correspondence, some AEW thoughts, and a long digression or two.

In Episode 278 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey, Thomas, and Allison go up and down the Mets lineup to try and diagnose what's going on. Is fighting with the Phillies a fix? Or perhaps the mysterious Donnie Stevenson? Then in the second half of the show we preview the Mets minor league season, even though we only have half the rosters. Finally we wrap up with some correspondence and some AAA and UFC thoughts.

In Episode 277 of For All You Kids Out There, we have your weekly Mark Canha update, thoughts on what to do with J.D. Davis, the conundrum that is Luis Rojas as manager, and a brand new but probably mostly the same Sean Reid-Foley. We also answer your correspondence on best baseball eras, more managerial malfeasance, and get galaxy-brained about the third base situation, before wrapping by trying to predict exactly how long Blood and Guts will run.

In Episode 276 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett discuss the latest problems with the Mets organizational culture, a good week overall on the field, one bad fifth inning in Denver, and the state of the rest of the NL East. In the third half of the show we discuss fastball grading again, and then answer your questions on the Mets bullpen before wrapping with a longer wrestling portion of the show than Jeffrey was planning.

In Episode 275 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett have new Mets baseball to talk about. Only one problem: It's a lot like old Mets baseball. It's the same old podcast for sure as we talk about Jazz Chisholm Jr. for ten minutes in there as well. Then in the third half of the show we answer your correspondence and (Jarrett) briefly reviews Night One of Wrestlemania.

In Episode 274 of For All You Kids Out There, the Mets season is delayed so we chat about the baseball we have been watching instead. We also answer your questions on the Lindor deal, a Lindor plaque, pitching evaluation, and the best Mets defenders.

In Episode 272 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett discuss the Francisco Lindor extension that has not yet been signed, the Michael Conforto extension that likely won't be signed and some late breaking roster news in the first half of the show. In the second half of the show we are joined by David Roth of Defector Media to preview the Mets bullpen. There may be more actual 2021 bullpen talk in the first half, less New Jersey and Detroit Tigers talk though. Then in the third half of the show we answer your correspondence, but mostly argue about how good Michael Conforto is.

In Episode 271 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett believe in truth in advertising, so see the title. Jeffrey introduces the show a full 12 minutes in (which is not a record mind you, but still) after a discussion of Jacob deGrom shoving in spring and how to grade Dustin May's fastball. We eventually get into the Carlos Carrasco injury, Lindor and Conforto extension news, and whether either of us will be headed to Citi Field anytime soon. Then in the second half of the show, we chat with Anthony Rescan of Baseball Prospectus, ostensibly about the Mets catching situation but there's also some Bobby Witt, jr and Andrew Vaughn in there as well. Finally in the third half of the show we wrap up with some brief New Japan and AEW thoughts.

In Episode 270 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Thomas review Dom Smith's Premiere League fandom and the early spring training games, before chatting about the 2021 Mets rotation with Baseball Prospectus's Lucas Apostoleris. We also answer your correspondence, making some over/under bets and considering the Mets defense before wrapping things up with an AEW Revolution review. It's like Jarrett never even left (he'll be back next week).
