This week Pastor Tim provided an update on some of the new ministry initiatives of 2015 as well as a vision for what it could mean for Crossing to be an 'equipping church' and . . . what it would cost for that to happen.

David Nelson, the Founder and President of Crossing Cultures International, does a great job of describing four steps to becoming a disciple who makes new disciples. Listen in on his sermon and find out where you are among the four steps -- and where you could be!

Ambassador. Follower. Slave. Witness. Servant. All of these should describe a disciple of Christ. As Believers we should regularly ask ourselves who we are following; who we are serving; who is our master; who do we represent; who are we a witness for. The only acceptable answer is Jesus.

It's great to hear from Rich & Carol Mears and catch up on their ministry in Haiti and the new things God is doing in their ministry.

In Colossians 1 Paul speaks of a mystery that has been hidden for past ages and generations. As he writes he reveals that mystery is Christ living in His people.

In Colossians 1 Paul writes that he "rejoice(s) in my sufferings for your sake." Can you and I say the same thing? How did Paul arrive at a place in his life that he could say that?

Speaking from 2 Corinthians 4, veteran missionary and bible teacher, Greg Shipley, spoke to us about what it means to be pressed but not broken; to be at a lost but not lost nor abandoned. Finally, Greg speaks about how we manifest the life of Christ in the struggles of our daily life.

There are many that would say that our passage today teaches that a Christian can lose their salvation. We take a look into this idea to see what God's Word really says about it.

Our newest Elder, Todd Domke, speaks on living in a post-Christian world and addresses Christianity's claim of accurately diagnoses the brokenness of mankind.

The best resolution to conflict in a relationship is peace. In the case of the conflict between man and God, God sought that resolution through the death of His own Son. In Christ we are reconciled back to God!

What we know and believe shapes what we think and do. Therefore, if we come to a fuller understanding of the supremacy of Christ, that understanding should have a huge impact on our thinking and actions!

It's easy to take the focus off Christ and place it on ourselves or something or someone else. When Paul writes about "walking in a manner worthy of the Lord" in Colossians 1, he's talking about a life that is transformed by faith in Christ and directed by obedience to God's Word.

What is behind the long hours, the money, time, discomfort, and possible unsafe areas we minister in? Paul answers that question in chapter one of Colossians, Paul says, "whatever a person is like, I try to find common ground with him so that he will let me tell him about Christ and let Christ save him."

Our universe is set in place in such a way that if anything shifted any at all it would be disastrous. Who keeps everything in place? God's glory is demonstrated in His creation is wonderful ways!

It's not uncommon to feel like your spiritual passion has been lost. Elijah struggle with it. David did as well. So what is prescription for lost passion?

A fool is one that doesn't learn from their mistakes. And they make lots of mistakes. But all of us play the fool at different times in our life. Listen to this week's sermon to see when you are most like a fool!

No matter what our circumstances are. No matter what the world throws at us -- the LORD is our portion.

The most important issue of your life is not your training or experience or skills or talents or who you know -- it's your drive to know Jesus!

Isaiah begins chapter 40 with the words, "Comfort, O, Comfort my people." The chapter ends with a promise of transformation and being carried along by God's power. The verses between verse 1 and 31 tells you how that happens!

To win a race you must follow ALL the rules. Saul thought that partially follow the rules set out for him by God would be enough. It wasn't. What are the rules of the 'spiritual race' God has laid out for you and I?
