Simon is the CEO and Co-founder of QJumpers Recruitment Software. He helped to start QJumpers in 2005 out of his home country - New Zealand.  Before this, Simon was based in Singapore as the Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Manager for a large Swiss multi-national company as well as holding other technical roles within the company.  His current responsibilities include overall company management, product strategy and he is still actively involved in product management. QJumpers recently rebuilt its entire platform using state of the art technology and opened its United States head office in Plano, Texas.

Ian Bailie is a Director at Insight222 where he is the Managing Director of the myHRfuture Academy. He is also an advisor and consultant for start-ups focused on HR technology and People Analytics, including Adepto (now acquired by Degreed) and Worklytics. In his previous role as a Senior HR Director at Cisco Systems, he was responsible for delivering the tools and insights to enable and transform the planning, attraction and management of talent across the organisation globally. Stacy Chapman, CEO, Swoop Talent Stacy Chapman is the CEO and co-founder of SwoopTalent, an automated talent data management platform. Stacy has been in HR tech for more than 25 years, in many, many different roles, including being a proud PeopleSoft alum.
